The location is good, with proximity to the city and good restaurants. The decoration around reception and common areas is fun. The gym is well equipped and spacious. The apartment itself was clean and each room was good enough.
The check in process was pretty bad. Right off the bat, communication was not good. Check in is at 3pm but I asked for an earlier check in and they agreed to move it to 1pm, so I planned around that but then they didn’t give me check in instructions until 2:45pm, so I just had to wait around since I planed for the earlier check in. Then once I got to the place, reception had no idea where to place me, since the host didn’t tell them I was coming and didn’t tell me what apartment number I was in, so the check in was awkward and lengthy (host’s fault, not reception’s). Finally, I was asked to move to a smaller apartment with 2 hours notice without any compensation because they made a mistake and double booked through booking and Airbnb.
